Your Privacy Rights

At Orbiom, a product of TEK de B.F.S.A. (RUC: 80142832-7), we respect your right to control your personal data. Use the form below to request the deletion of your information from our platform. If your data was loaded by a company that uses Orbiom, we coordinate the request with that company, as the controller.

Data That Will Be Deleted

When processing your request, we will delete or anonymize:

  • Customer data and profiles
  • All messages and conversations from all channels
  • Contact list, leads, and customer data
  • Order history and synchronized data
  • Account settings, preferences, and credentials
  • Templates, automations, and workflows
  • AI agent settings and content
  • Metrics, analytics, and commercial reports

Data We Retain for Legal Obligations

Due to legal and tax obligations, we must retain certain data for a limited period:

  • Financial transaction logs: 5 years (as required by applicable tax legislation)
  • Billing records: 5 years
  • Audit logs: according to the retention each company defines (90 days by default); those involving identity, permissions, money, exports or deletions do not expire
  • Information required to comply with active court orders

This data is stored in anonymized or aggregated form when possible and is only used for legal compliance.

Response Timelines

  • Receipt confirmation: 2 business days
  • Identity verification: 5 business days
  • Complete processing: 30 business days maximum
  • Deletion confirmation: immediate upon completion

Note About Integrated Platform Data

Data processed through third-party platforms is also subject to their own retention policies. To request data deletion directly from these platforms:

  • Meta (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp): https://www.facebook.com/help/delete_account
  • Other platforms: Consult their individual privacy policies
